Popular for its white flesh, mild taste and affordable price, Alaskan pollock is produced in many forms and used in many ways. Growth in Alaskan pollock consumption is expected to continue as it has been identified as a species to soon to be certified as sustainable.

Large trawlers catch pollock in the expanse between Russia and Alaska known as the Bering Sea. In our plants, we carefully process, grade and freeze each fillet. All fillets are hand-cut, insuring that only gentle care is taken in filleting each fish. Each fillet is skinned, boned, checked and then rechecked so that we're sure the quality is the best it can be. Time and temperature are extremely important in processing seafood, and we are extremely attuned to these variables through the careful implementation of controls and processes, we are able to maximize the quality of X-Sea-Lnt pollock.

X-Sea-Lnt pollock fillets are available as an IQF product, packed in 4/10# master cases (with shippable inner cases) and are available in the following sizes; 2/4 ounces, 4/6 ounces, 6/8 ounces and 8/+ ounces.
