From only the finest Frozen at Sea Atlantic cod, do we produce our OP cod products. Cod's history is storied, bold and enabling - an integral element in the discovery of the Americas. Cod is an important species to us - the most consumed of Atlantic white fish and our most popular species, we are sure to produce only the best for our customers.

We produce cod in many ways; shatterpacked fillets, IQF fillets, loins, tails, portions and cellos. In addition, we have produced products based on individual specifications for uses in chain restaurants, large banquet facilities, special occasions and specific products based on a distributor's needs.

All OP cod products are hand-cut, ensuring that the most gentle touch is used in processing this fish. As a result, each fillet, loin, tail or portion is individually cut under the watchful eye of our technicians. The integrity of the flesh remains top-notch and this translates into superior cut, texture, taste and appearance. We're most famous for our shatterpacked cod, available in sizes 4/8 oz., 8/12 oz and 12/16 oz. in two packs; 4/10# and 3/15#. As well as our IQF cod loins, available in individual size increments from 3 oz. to 8 oz. OP cod loins are packed in 10# boxes. In addition, our IQF cod fillets, in 10# boxes are gaining in such popularity that they may soon become our most popular IQF cod product. We pack our IQF cod fillets in 6/8 oz., 8/10 oz. and 10/12 oz. sizes. Our OP cod cellos are a one-to-three count and are packed 10/5#.

All OP cod products are produced from Atlantic cod and are always skinless and boneless.
