For the Fish: Two Manaberg Packed at Sea or Iceland Harvest Cod/Haddock/Pollock Fillets approximately 10 ounces each.
Beat eggs and milk in a medium bowl until frothy. Place flour and seasoned bread crumbs on separate large plates. Lightly coat the fillets with flour. Then dip the fillets in the egg/milk mixture and roll in the seasoned crumbs until fully coated. Place enough oil in a large sauce pot (preferably cast iron) to fill approximately 4-6 inches from the bottom. Heat to at least 350° and fry your fish. The fish is done when the bread crumbs brown, approximately 6 minutes.
