1 bunch green onion cut in 1/4 inch pieces on a bias
1/8 cup Bok Choy cabbage - 1/8 inch bias cut
1/4 cup red and orange bell pepper brunoise (diced)
* If possible, use a Chinese Mandolin
Dressing:
1 tablespoon grain mustard
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Separate
the crabmeat classics by rolling between your hands. Mix all of
the ingredients together and serve! We recommend serving in a
pita or alone as a salad. It's a great party-dish as well.
